Planning: Ideas and Inspiration

One idea we have for our video is to include text on the screen whilst the video is on. We have had inspiration for this with a few well known videos. 


The first video we thought of was Kanye West - Good Life






The lyrics appear on screen throughout the video. We don't want to use this method in the whole video but parts of it. We like the way Kanye has used different fonts and colours to make his video interesting and entertaining.

Here is another example of a music video we have had inspiration from using the same method. This text is different to Kanye's because his is more animated compared to this one (Ida Maria- 'I like you so much better when you're naked') which uses newspaper cuttings. The use of text from the lyrics of the song is very interesting and something we will keep in mind when creating our video.
